A Living Space, Not White Walls
The audience is part of the action. Music, light, and space work as a unified experience.

COLOSSUS occupies the former House of Press at Kaldayakova 17. Industrial architecture and a scale that is rare for the region: 3,200 m², two floors, ceilings up to 12 metres. Nearby are the Green Bazaar and the city's future gastro-quarter.
Almaty is a centre for creative youth and independent artists. The scene lacks a physical place to experiment and meet. Young artists make the content that shapes how the city looks on social media. Without a venue of its own, the culture stays fragmented: talent leaves, and the links between artists and the city are lost.

We restarted an industrial giant. This is a space for music, art, and people. The building at Kaldayakova 17 is history, and we respect the work of everyone who preserved it and adapted it for a new life.
Respect for each other, care for the building, responsibility for yourself. Aggression and discrimination end with leaving the venue, with no way back.
The space works as a proving ground: a chaos zone for raves, modular studios, residencies, and community. Minimum façade, maximum life inside. Instead of seasonal exhibitions — short formats, live sets, and DIY installations.
The audience is part of the action. Music, light, and space work as a unified experience.
Artists, musicians, and promoters create content right inside the space.
COLOSSUS maintains its own voice while integrating brands and partners into its ecosystem.
A pop-up format, rave, exhibition, or shoot can launch quickly, without long institutional cycles.
The model is built on tickets, bar, food, sponsorships, capsules, markets, and event services.
We nurture new names, movements, and urban rituals.
Almaty is part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network as a City of Music
Ravers, musicians, DJs, content creators. Buy tickets in advance and return regularly.
Designers, architects, developers, entrepreneurs. Choose premium formats and become partners.
Come for festivals and major events.
Enter through capsules, support, and joint projects.
Every event starts a chain of spending around it: transport, food, drinks, souvenirs, clothes, equipment. The venue creates demand for producers, technicians, designers, bar crews, marketing, security, and logistics.
A new generation of travellers looks for living places where the city can be heard through music and atmosphere. Contemporary culture works as a reason to come.
The project connects official culture with the living urban scene. Almaty reads as a centre of contemporary culture in Central Asia.

A soft launch, first collaborations with local brands, the first wave of residents and modular studios, night raves and short formats.
A membership system and house rules, rotation of program blocks, educational and production functions: sound, light, stage.
International links and festivals, limited capsules with brands and artists, audience growth without losing the underground spirit.
The venue's technical partner is Panterra Event Productions. The company has been equipping and delivering events for over 27 years and has the resources and capacity for events of any scale. Selected projects: Astana City Day (2005–2016), the Khan Shatyr mall grand opening, the Limp Bizkit concert (2014), the Aida opera house opening (2015), Almaty VIP Party with DJ Tiesto, and the JILT electronic music festivals.
